John Mee
image Co-founder John Mee has a combination of technology skills, marketing expertise, and business and financial acumen.
After receiving his first patent for a laser printer, Mr. Mee was recruited into product planning by Honeywell Information Systems. Honeywell had 25,000 people, the second largest installed base of computers in the world, and one million square feet of manufacturing in its Phoenix, Arizona headquarters.

Mr. Mee was rapidly promoted into top management, and by age 32, had worldwide marketing and product management responsibility for a third of the computer business. He was responsible for $400 million worth of advanced computer R&D programs resulting in $5 billion worth of computer products and 13 U.S. patents. He introduced 20 new high-tech computer products, including central processors, I/O channels, controllers and data storage devices. The products he originated improved computer I/O price/performance by 600%.

At the age of 37, Mr. Mee became the youngest father of a mainframe, having management responsibility for most of the design innovations that comprised Honeywell’s DPS 8000 large computer system. Over one thousand systems were sold worldwide at an average value of $3M apiece.

After Honeywell, Mr. Mee co-founded a successful Southern California video production company specializing in corporate infomercials and sales training programs. In 2002, he co-founded Power Talent Network to help executives harness the power of the internet for more effective business and professional networking.

Bill Mee
imageBill Mee's background includes a diverse combination of innovative engineering skills, business management acumen and computer systems expertise.

Mr. Mee co-founded and managed a biotech company in South Florida which manufactured therapeutic biofeedback devices based on engineering designs which Bill and his staff generated and patented.

After over a decade of growth and development, Bill successfully concluded the sale of his biotech company to an investment group. He then founded an IT services firm which provides computer software and services to a broad range of local governments, community organizations and companies in Florida. In this role, Bill has developed considerable expertise in the design and implementation of sophisticated dynamic content interactive systems.

A graduate of Brown University, Bill's many interests include marine biology, scuba diving off the Florida coast and in underwater caves, and horticulture of exotic tropical trees, plants and fruits.

In addition to his career with a Fortune 100 Company, he developed numerous interface efficiencies, brand positioning, financial and market analysis, and top-to-top presentations and negotiations. Patrick also chaired and was seated on numerous committees charged with the responsibility of enhancing market share with national retail chain accounts.

He has also consulted for numerous start-up entrepreneurial firms such as Career Management, Wholesale, and Retail. These roles were defined as and not limited to strategic planning, employee development, training, policy development and implementation. He coached and mentored company owners for future growth and progression. One of his strong passions is to hire, train and nurture key managers, while changing a facility culture to a consistent winning attitude.

He has a keen desire to assist and serve today’s professionals and aid them as they journey onto their next career destination. Linda Baugh

Linda Baugh has three decades of success helping executives obtain new career opportunities. Formerly Vice President of an executive search firm, she includes “headhunter” techniques in the strategies and tactics she uses to assure her executive clients of job search success.

A sought-after author and speaker on career and job search issues, Ms. Baugh has been published in the Wall Street Journal and is a regular guest author in the CareerBuilder section of a major metropolitan newspaper. In addition to articles and presentations on job search and career management, she has developed job search marketing materials for more than 5,000 executives, including dynamic web portfolios.

Ms. Baugh’s more than 100 speaking engagements include the American Graduate School of International Management, University of Notre Dame alumnae association, Risk and Insurance Managers Society, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and the Arizona Bar Association.

She founded the award-winning American Career Executives, the only career firm to receive an International Better Business Bureau ethics award. Today, she resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she continues to provide career and job search services to executives worldwide.


Bill Schachter
Bill Schachter has over 30 years of diverse corporate management experience, including managing domestic and international business development for marketing and financial services companies, such as Active International.

Mr. Schachter received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and. After release from the Army, Schachter worked for the Roerig Division of Pfizer and then joined Crain Communication selling advertising space for Promotion Magazine. He left Crain Communications to join East West Network, the leading in-flight publisher. During 5 years with East West, Mr. Schachter rose from sales to the manager of the Los Angeles office and then was transferred to New York to run it's New York office. Bill was then recruited by the publishing division of OAG (at that time a division of Dun & Bradstreet) to start Frequent Flyer Magazine. The magazine became profitable 18 months after it launched.

Mr. Schachter was the asked to join CSI International, a startup corporate barter company. As Sr. VP of Sales, he led the company through a strong growth period and was promoted from Sr. VP to President. In 1993, he bought the company and sold it 5 years latter to Active International, the largest corporate barter company worldwide. Mr Schachter's initial duties at Active were Sr. VP International Sales, supervising sales in 15 offices outside the US. After 2 years, Schachter was transferred to London to become President of Active Holdings Europe, with offices in London, Paris, Dusseldorf and Madrid. Under Mr. Schachter’s leadership, these combined offices went from a negative $2.3million EBITIDA to a positive EBITIDA exceeding $4million.

Since 2000, Bill has been a key player in two successful internet start-up companies. One company markets a desktop broadcasting system over a virtual private network, and the other produces a platform-independent operating system that delivers rich web applications transparently on laptops, tablet PC’s, pocket computers, and mobile phones.
